The per person charge for the current month is based on the number of people who received a paycheck during the previous month. For example, if four people were paid in March, the total charge for April would be $40 + $24 = $64. Billing takes place the 1st or the 15th of the month. Charges will post to your bank account the following business day. If you need to change your bank account information for payroll, you must contact OnPay to request a Bank Account Change Request Form to complete. When you have completed the form and returned it to OnPay, their financial services team will send test transactions to the new account. They will then email you, requesting that you verify those transaction amounts. Please note, the new bank account won't be used for payroll until the amounts are verified and you receive an email from their ACH team confirming the change has been made.
